The first step, as always is to meet with you and plan the CPD so that your team get the training they need. I will not sell you training you do not need, however, this option is a great tool for new First Aider or new Fire Marshals to name two teams that really benefit from this option.

Again, this option is offered from experience, teaching new skills within their grade. Each session will be a different subject and can last from two hours to a day. This is why we plan the sessions in advance.
